NDIS support across Western Sydney and the Hills

Small enough to know you.
Steady enough to stay.

The same support worker every week. A founder who meets you personally and answers when you call. Support built so that, over time, you need us less.

Same worker
Matched to you and kept there, not a rotating roster of strangers.
Known by name
Alicia personally meets every participant before support begins.

✽ Small on purpose

Four support workers and one support coordinator. The size is not a stage we are passing through. It is the structure that lets us keep every promise we make.

↻ The same person, every week

You will not brace for a new face each Monday or retell your story to another stranger. The worker who shows up already knows where you left off.

↗ Success is needing us less

We measure our work by what you no longer need, not by hours billed. The people we are proudest of are the ones who moved on.

Founder

20+ years inside large providers: compliance, audit and SIL operations. Now she knows every participant by name.

Why CareVolve exists

The person who built the systems is the person who answers your call.

Alicia spent more than twenty years inside large disability organisations, building the compliance and operational frameworks they relied on to pass audits and keep running. The closer she sat to the centre, the clearer one pattern became: participants who had once felt known quietly became reference numbers, and support that began with genuine care slipped into something done to people rather than with them.

She did not leave to build a bigger version of what frustrated her. She left to build something small enough that it could not happen here.

So she built CareVolve deliberately small. That means the person who understands what it costs you every time a provider promises consistency and delivers chaos is the same person who will sit across from you at intake, and still know your name a year from now.

What we do

Support that builds toward independence, not dependence.

Every service carries a quiet second purpose: building the skills, confidence and self-advocacy that mean you eventually need less support, not more.

Daily living assistance
Our core work

Core Supports

Flexible, relationship-driven daily living and social support, built around one principle: doing with, not for.

  • In-home and community participation
  • Transport and domestic assistance
  • Life skills: budgeting, cooking, shopping, hygiene
  • Employment preparation, from cover letter to interview

We do not clean the house while you watch. We clean it together, until the day you do it on your own.

Supported Independent Living

CareVolve is registered for SIL, drawing on years Alicia spent running SIL operations for larger providers. We are building toward our first home with the same care we bring to everything else.

Aged Care In-Home Support

We support seniors today as an associate provider and have applied for our own aged care registration, because good support should not stop at a funding category or an age.

How we work

Six things you can watch us do, not just read about.

This is what care looks like when it is defined by what you can see happening, not by what a provider promises in a brochure.

Do with, not for

Support is built alongside you until you no longer need it. We help write the cover letter and settle the nerves, but you walk into the interview yourself.

Bend to fit

When a bus time changes overnight and you need a shift moved by morning, we find a way. Flexibility is the single most common reason participants tell us they stay.

Empathy before credentials

Every worker answers one question: if you had a disability, what would you expect from your support worker? We have declined highly qualified people who could not stand in someone else's shoes.

Stay close enough to know the story

Alicia meets every new participant personally. No matter how much we grow, people will never become participant numbers.

Say it straight

If we are not the right fit, we will tell you, and give you two or three other options so you are never left searching. Honesty runs in one direction: toward the person who needs it.

Fight for the person

When things get complicated, a crisis, a court date, a housing collapse, we do not step back. We lean in. That is exactly when staying matters most.

Where people have gone

Real trajectories. Told plainly, without names.

These are the outcomes no other provider can claim, because they belong to the people who lived them. Shared with permission.

◇ From a caravan to his own front door

Homelessness to an independent tenancy and a driver's licence

He had been living in a deteriorating caravan with no stable housing, no licence and no work. Over three to four years of steady support, he learned to budget, found work, and moved into his own unit.

Today: his own home, his own car, a gym routine, and only a brief weekly drop-in.
◇ From a hospital ward to community life

Two years in a psychiatric hospital to work, a tenancy and concerts again

She had withdrawn from community life after an extended stay in hospital. We supported her into her own unit and stayed alongside her as she rebuilt daily routines and confidence.

Today: two part-time jobs, paying her own rent, and advocating for herself at plan reviews.
◇ From no life skills to leaving the scheme

A developmental disability and no life skills to full-time work and an NDIS exit

In his early twenties, living at home with limited independent living skills and no work history, he built the foundations over two years of consistent, capacity-focused support.

Today: full-time employment, managing his own home, and no longer needing NDIS funding at all.

◎ CareVolve is right for you if

  • You are an adult or older teen with a mental health condition or a neurodivergent presentation in Western Sydney, the Hills or the Inner West.
  • You have been let down by roster chaos and want consistency that actually holds.
  • You want a provider who stays when things get hard, and who wants you to need them less over time.

◌ And if we are not the right fit

  • We will tell you directly, rather than accept a referral that will not work for either of us.
  • We will point you to two or three other providers who may suit you better.
  • You will never leave a conversation with us empty-handed. That is a promise, not a policy.

For support coordinators, discharge planners and BSPs

Your reputation rides on every referral you make. CareVolve is led by a founder with 20+ years of executive operations, SIL management, compliance and audit preparation, deliberately operating at a small caseload. Referral enquiries are answered in hours, not days. Behaviour support plans are implemented with fidelity because the same worker stays long enough to learn them. And when complexity increases, we stay engaged. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

“

I highly recommend CareVolve. I am extremely happy with the quality of their work. Their excellent problem solving helped with my unique needs of different support services. They provide great help with navigating NDIS applications as well as providing services thereafter. When external help is required, they are experienced at liaising with third party services to provide solutions. Problems always crop up which makes their accessibility vital. Their communication is commendable, always taking calls and reply to emails quickly.

Before joining CareVolve, I felt very isolated. With the support of Alicia and my support coordinator Isabel, I have been able to live my life the way I want to with support that is flexible, and know I can call and count on CareVolve.
